How our snow routes work:
We monitor the forecast and snowfall amounts during each winter event. Once your chosen tier’s trigger is met, your property is added to our route. We work through our list as efficiently as possible so you’re cleared as soon as conditions safely allow.
What to expect after a storm:
- You stay inside – we handle the shoveling and snow blowing.
- Snow is pushed or blown to low-impact areas where possible.
- We apply ice melt on key areas like front steps and main walkways.
- You may still see some refreezing or drifting between visits (that’s normal with Indiana winters).
No snow or ice service can guarantee a completely slip-free property, but we use standard practices and quality ice melt to help reduce winter hazards.
Snow Removal Options
Tier 1 – Any Snow Accumulation
Best for full peace of mind all winter.
- We come out for any amount of snowfall, even light dustings.
- Driveway and main walkways are cleared each time your route is serviced.
- Ice melt is applied to help reduce slick spots after plowing or shoveling.
- Ideal if you want your property looking clean and accessible as often as possible and don’t want to worry about watching the forecast.
Tier 2 – 3 Inches or More
Great if you want service for moderate to heavier snowfalls.
- Service is triggered when we measure about 3 inches or more of snow.
- We clear the driveway and main walkways once the event meets that threshold.
- Ice melt is applied after clearing to help with packed snow and refreezing.
- Ideal if you’re comfortable handling small dustings yourself, but want help when storms start to stack up.
Tier 3 – 5 Inches or More
Budget-friendly coverage for larger storms only.
- Service is triggered when we see around 5 inches or more of snow.
- We clear the driveway and main walkways for major winter events.
- Ice melt is applied on key walking areas after clearing.
- Ideal if you want help only when big storms come through and are comfortable handling light and moderate snow on your own.
